You cannot be forcibly evicted by your landlord by cutting off the services.
10. Right to fair rent:
During the agreed-upon rental period, your landlord cannot suddenly raise the rent. Rent increases must abide by the written agreement’s terms and conditions as well as local rental laws.
Additionally, if you think the rent increase is excessive, you are free to end the agreement.
